Speedy Release Bail Bonds was founded by insurance professional James Otto in 1990 under the name Jim Otto Bail Bonds. In 2002, Jeff Wilhelm joined the organization, bringing 15 years of experience as a surety attorney. Upon Jeff’s arrival, the agency's name was changed to Otto & Wilhelm Bail Bonds

In 2006, we renamed our agency Speedy Release because we believe that this name reflects the essence of what we do. Just as our clients are entitled to a speedy trial under the Constitution of the United States of America, we believe that our clients are also entitled to a speedy release from jail upon arrest for a bailable offense.
